WE MAKE PROMPT exchanges or store credits on items returned within 14 DAYS of purchase. All sale merchandise are a final sale and will not be exchanged or refunded.

NO EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT: In order to be eligible for store credit or exchange, garments must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn and with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments which include panties, thongs, bustiers, bodysuits, teddies, shapewear nor of any set including these items. If the item are deemed to have been tried on or worn, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Tops and Bottoms to process your store credit or exchange. We cannot give store credit or exchange items without the original receipt.

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state, all tags attached and deemed to be unworn and unwashed before they can be accepted for an exchange or store credit.

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS: We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer says the item is defective. We will ship the item to the manufacturer and await their decision on the product before any exchange is made.
